Satte Gongendo Sakura Embankment (Satte)

Location 887-3 Uchigouma, Satte, Saitama
Features A magnificent 1km tunnel of 1,000 cherry trees set against a vast adjacent field of yellow rapeseed blossoms (nanohana). This vibrant contrast of pink and yellow is one of the most popular sights in the Kanto region. Visitors can enjoy a leisurely stroll and take a break at the "Toge no Chaya" teahouse.

Kumagaya Sakura Embankment (Kumagaya)

Location Kawaramachi / Sakuragicho, Kumagaya, Saitama
Features Selected as one of the "Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan." Approximately 500 Yoshino cherry trees bloom along a 2km stretch of the Arakawa River embankment. This site has been a famous spot since the Edo period, and its combination with yellow rapeseed blossoms and night-time illumination is truly enchanting.

Omiya Park (Saitama City)

Kawagoe Castle Honmaru Goten (Kawagoe)

Nagatoro (Chichibu Region)

Kita-Asaba Sakura Embankment Park (Sakado)

Location 145 Kita-Asaba, Sakado, Saitama
Features About 200 "Angyo-kanzakura" trees line a 1.2km stretch along the Oppe River. These trees bloom earlier than the Yoshino variety and are characterized by their deep pink blossoms. It is gaining attention as a spot where visitors can feel the arrival of spring ahead of time.

Hitsujiyama Park (Chichibu)

Features While famous for its Shibazakura (moss phlox), the park also features around 1,000 cherry trees, including Yoshino and double-flowered varieties. Set against the majestic Mt. Buko, the blossoms provide a grand landscape, leading into a luxurious collaboration with the carpet of moss phlox as the petals begin to fall.

Lake Sayama (Tokorozawa)

Angyo-kanzakura Trees (Kawaguchi)

Location Angyo area (around Mizu-zoin Temple), Kawaguchi, Saitama
Features A symbol of Angyo, known as the "Village of Plants," these early-blooming cherries are famous. The trees along the approach to Mizu-zoin Temple are particularly renowned for their deep reddish blossoms that appear before the main season. They are cherished by locals as a harbinger of spring.
