Miyagawa Embankment

Location Nakajima / Nakase, Ise City, Mie
Features Selected as one of the "Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan." A 1 km row of approximately 1,000 cherry trees stretches along the Miyagawa River. Since the Edo period, it has been praised as "Hitome Senbon" (a thousand trees at a single glance). The tunnel of blossoms viewed from the wide riverbed is breathtaking, and the nighttime illumination makes it the most beloved hanami spot for Ise citizens.

Ise Jingu (Naiku / Isuzugawa River)

Yoshino cherry trees bloom beautifully around the Uji Bridge at the entrance to the Inner Shrine (Naiku) and along the banks of the Isuzugawa River. Utilizing the natural cliffs for its unique terrain, it is also famous for azaleas and serves as a primary place of relaxation for families in the prefectural capital.

Ueno Park (Iga Ueno Castle Ruins)

Kasumigaura Park

Because the temperature is lower than on the plains, the blossoms typically bloom about a week to ten days later, allowing visitors to enjoy a "late spring" while driving.

Kyuka Park

Features A park developed on the ruins of Kuwana Castle. Approximately 450 trees bloom along the moats, creating a beautiful pink reflection on the water.
